Grief is the range of normal and natural responses we feel when we experience loss – any type of loss, not just when someone we love has died. We grieve when we lose something or someone significant to us. Grief is a universal experience and it’s an important part of our life cycle as human beings. It is unique to each person and no two people grieve in the same way, even when you are grieving the loss of the same person.
