Payment of order

All orders are posted once payment has been received in full. Payments can be made by PayPal.

Delivery

Orders are posted from our premises in Kyneton the next working day after we receive your order. When items are not in stock we will advise you of expected delivery.

Standard shipping is sent via Australia Post. Please allow approx 3-7 working days for delivery.

Direct delivery

Please contact us if you would like to make an appointment to pick up your order in person from our Kyneton office (Victoria, Australia)

Returns Policy

You may return as new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

TRACKING NUMBER AND SIGNATURE- Items must be sent as ‘signature on delivery with a tracking number’. A refund will not be processed for any item that has been misplaced due to the sender not sending the item via the correct shipping method.

Your refund should be received within four weeks of receipt of your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
